SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

AltSocial Wellness Club LLC ("AltSocial," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to send you promotional messages, event reminders, member loyalty updates, and other communications related to AltSocial events and membership. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our SMS program.

2. Opt-In & Consent

By opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from AltSocial at the mobile number you provide. You may opt in via:

• A web form or landing page at www.altsocialclub.com
• At the point of sale or event ticket checkout
• A paper sign-up form at an AltSocial event

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

3. Message Frequency & Content

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 3–5 messages per month.
AltSocial may send:

• Promotional offers and marketing announcements
• Event reminders and updates
• Member loyalty and rewards notifications

AltSocial reserves the right to modify the types or frequency of messages at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your wireless carrier. AltSocial does not charge any additional fee for SMS messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from AltSocial at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Emailing info@altsocialclub.com with your mobile number and an opt-out request

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation text and will be removed from future marketing messages. To re-subscribe, simply opt in again using any of the methods listed in Section 2.

7. Supported Carriers

AltSocial’s SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary. AltSocial is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and related information are collected and used in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy, available at www.altsocialclub.com/sms-privacy-policy. We may share your information with select marketing partners as described in that Policy.

9. Modifications

AltSocial reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or by posting updated terms on our website. Continued receipt of SMS messages following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AltSocial shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your participation in our SMS program, including but not limited to delays, non-delivery of messages, or carrier errors. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the SMS program is to opt out.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
