7.1 SMS Platform Provider

We use ActiveCampaign as our SMS and marketing platform. ActiveCampaign processes your mobile number and message data on our behalf to facilitate SMS delivery. ActiveCampaign is bound by data processing agreements and is not permitted to use your information for its own marketing purposes.

7.2 Marketing Partners

With your consent obtained at opt-in, we may share your information with select marketing partners for purposes consistent with this Policy. These partners may include co-promotional event partners or wellness-related brands aligned with AltSocial’s mission. We require all marketing partners to maintain appropriate data protection practices and to honor opt-out requests.

7.3 Legal Requirements

You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages from AltSocial at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will be removed from our list.
• Email us at info@altsocialclub.com with your mobile number and a request to opt out.
• Contact us by mail at the address listed in Section 2.

After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing or promotional SMS messages from AltSocial. You may still receive a final confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out request, and in some cases, transactional messages required by law.

To re-subscribe after opting out, you may opt in again using any of the methods described in Section 4.

9. Data Retention

We retain SMS opt-in records, including the date, time, and method of consent, for a minimum of four (4) years in compliance with TCPA record keeping requirements. If you opt out, your mobile number will be suppressed from future marketing sends, but records of your prior consent and opt-out will be retained for legal and compliance purposes.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our SMS platform provider, ActiveCampaign, maintains industry-standard security practices for the transmission and storage of mobile data.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our SMS program is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at info@altsocialclub.com so we may take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this SMS Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you via SMS or by posting notice on our website at www.altsocialclub.com.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and the regulations promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
